Fundamental to the success of any project is that of site management; OPS deploy a fully integrated site management process across all phases of development and operations, offering a Gate-Model solution delivered by a dedicated project team consisting of managers, supervisors and technicians, all of whom adopt the OPS approach of Quality, Safety and Satisfaction, ensuring successful project completion of all deliverables, milestones and objectives, within agreed timescales and on budget.

Providing QHSE governance, compliance and due-diligence, HR, resource management, legal, logistics and finance, along with general admin support, all in accordance with the independently audited Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2018 and 14001:2015.
