Windfarm assets are at the constant mercy of all the elements, often located in some of the most hostile environments, combined with the likes of strong winds carrying particles of sand, friction from SOV's against a TP and the salt from the sea, all contributing to protection erosion and corrosion of the materials underneath.
Utilising a variety of access mediums, from ground-based to rope-access, OPS technicians are qualified and competent, able to complete a range of tasks including Spot-on-Metal and ICATS, along with NACE/ICORR paint inspectors.
